Tips: Hangzhou is the map with the most lanterns "on rooftops and temple peaks" (over 20 spots). Commonly missed spots are under 6 bridges and 2 final cave spots (pieces 38 and 39). Piece 40 is on top of Leifeng Pagoda Top

How to do it: Walk to the coordinates, you will see a purple pin pop up, then press the "Collect" (Memoir) button, Can be done solo, no Love required unlike Photo Spot. Almost all of these spots are near teleport waypoints, you can auto-walk right to them.
What you get:

The server-wide collectible exchange shop (Scenic Goods Shop) is located at Hangzhou 749,1061, talk to Qin Xiuyun, collectables from all maps can be exchanged here in one place.
Hangzhou has the most "Photo Spot 12 points" among all mapped regions, but it does not count towards exploration points
Chest data of Hangzhou is incomplete. Found only 5 from a single source (Bianjing found 23). All are mini-games/mechanics, no numeric codes
✅ Confirmed that Hangzhou does not have the "Wild Boss (Mountain Wilderness Formidable Enemy)" category, the in-game panel only has 4 categories and no wild boss category, which matches the fact that no guides mention it (Sanqing Mountain and Bianjing also do not have it).
The last two collectibles (38 and 39) are in a cave, must enter to collect. This is the most incomplete collection spot
