Before this patch reached the Thai server (2 Oct 2026), using the emote on the horse never triggered anything. ⚠️ In game, this horse belongs to the Bloodstorm adventure set, so it may only work for Bloodstorm. Trigger point: NPC Injured White Horse

Way to trigger: Go to the stables at 80,507, stand close to the Injured White Horse and use the Bandage emote. The quest starts right away.

Steps:

Must be level 25 or higher
Open the Expressions menu and find Bandage. Everyone already has this emote, nothing to unlock.
Walk to the stables at 80,507 and stand right next to the Injured White Horse (within about 5 steps).
Use Bandage to start the quest, then follow the quest objectives on screen. The NPC for this quest is Zhang Ruzhou, standing by the stables at 86,508.
