- Walk through the row of coordinates 1348,942 to receive Rumors, you'll meet Huanhuan a child with a kite stuck on the roof
- Use the Jumping Song to get onto the roof of that house then press to collect the kite
- Come down and give the kite to Huanhuan the quest ends
