Way to trigger: Talk to Wu Duoshi.
Steps:
- Go to coordinates 653,631 and talk to Wu Duoshi, he has a request before leaving Isle of Fallen Deities
- Give the real Eternal Spring jar to him and continue talking, he will drink it immediately
- Nie Yinyue will suddenly appear behind you, talk to her about the secret hidden in Wine Jar
- At the end, the story splits into several endings, the guide says there are 3 choices, but the number is not confirmed yet
