- Prepare items first: Buy Listening to the Wind: Secret Tales at the Romance Treasure Shop (Windmoon Boutique) Rainbow Bridge Bianjing (Bianjing Rainbow Bridge)
- Return to Eastern Edge Sea at coordinates 1710,827 in front of the Book and painting stall. Find the Wen Kui Girl Korean merchant who is frowning and walking in circles
- Give Book to her and continue talking until the quest is complete
