Cloudcrest Fortress, now a land of towering mountains and vast waters, with peaks shrouded in clouds. The brothers within the fortress are all gallant and righteous, always putting justice first. However, the past was different.
Many years ago, frequent wars between the Song and Liao caused unrest, and chaos ensued. The people around Bingzhou were displaced, and their livelihoods deteriorated. Those with nowhere to turn suffered from hunger and cold, with many turning to banditry. As a result, over a hundred bandit camps around Red Forge Peak grew increasingly powerful.
However, the forces within the camps were a mixed bag, with many coming from humble origins, lacking discipline, and forming their own systems, resembling a state within a state in a chaotic world, known in the Martial World as the "Red Forge Bandit Nation."
Later, the Darkwing Sect infiltrated, either by force or by bribery, and managed to subdue and control over half of the camps.
Led by Guan Zhongyi and Shopkeeper Ma, a dozen or so camps practiced righteousness daily, disdaining the actions of the Darkwing Sect and remaining vigilant, refusing to be swayed. Yet, as the Darkwing Sect grew in power, its leader, known as the "Black Feather Demon Lord," employed ruthless tactics, pressing forward step by step; its subordinates were even more scheming, burning camps, cutting off supplies, and destroying bridges and roads. Volume II
At this time, Chu Xiangyu was leading the Ironscale Altar, tirelessly working against the Liao. Upon hearing of the crisis at Red Forge, he rushed there resolutely. Swift as the wind, as fast as a rainbow. Among the hundred camps of Red Forge, there were many with a fierce spirit, having suffered at the hands of the Liao invaders, with families destroyed. Upon hearing that Chu Xiangyu, the leader of the Ironscale Altar, was coming to aid, they gathered in response.
Wolfpack Fortress, Golden Serpent Fortress, Hillside Lodge, and other camps all prioritized righteousness, joining Chu Xiangyu and others in attacking Great Blade Camp to fend off the Darkwing Sect.
Qi Shaoshang, entrusted by Chu Xiangyu, was at the mountain's base to receive the martial world folks coming to help. After the two met, they traversed the Skysunder rope to cross the cliff, seeking the leader of the Great Blade Camp bandits Wu Wuzhou, known as "Infernal Blood Fiend."
The leader of the Darkwing Sect's mission was Raven Envoy, Lu Qiu. It is said that he was extremely ugly, with a mysterious presence. He usually wore a black robe and a mask of black feathers. However, his mask was knocked off by Qi Shaoshang at the end of the battle, revealing his true face. Raven Envoy was shocked and retreated in defeat.

As the leader of the Ironscale Altar, during the massive invasion of the Liao Troop, he led his forces to the frontier to resist the Liao, fighting bravely. However, the battles at the frontier continued, leaving the land barren for miles, and manpower was increasingly scarce. Everyone at Cloudcrest Fortress was determined to resist the Liao, to protect their homeland. Chu Xiangyu organized the camps to guard the border and fight against the Liao invaders.
