When the sage acts, the world bears witness. That which is rooted in heaven rises high, while that which is bound to earth stays low each follows its nature."
The Nine in the Topmost Line says: "The dragon soars too high and meets regret." What does this mean? The Master said: "To hold honor without authority, to stand above yet command no people, to see the wise below yet lack their counsel such a path leads only to misstep and regret."
