⚠️ The order of clearing the haystack may be mixed up. No one has confirmed whether you can clear it right away or if you need to finish talking to Qi Yixing first. Try clearing it first, if it doesn't work, go back and finish the conversation. You only lose 60 units of walking back, nothing breaks.
Trigger point: (Some guides: 1284,1553 / 1285,1559 / 1283,1563) NPC Qi Yixing
The actual starting point is 1284,1492. All quest coordinates are very close to each other (no more than 70 units apart). This is the shortest walking quest in the map.
Way to trigger: Walk to the coordinates 1284,1492 and the quest will trigger automatically, no need to press anything. The objective bar will say "Ask Qi Yixing why he is worried" and press [F] to talk to him.
Steps:
- Start at coordinates 1284,1492, once you arrive, the quest pops up automatically. Talk to Qi Yixing using the [F] key.
- Go to 1284,1553 and tap Search on the hay bale > get Golden Hairpin. 💡 If it won't let you search, go back and finish talking to Qi Yixing first, then come back and search again. Feel free to try, nothing is lost.
- Hand over Golden Hairpin to Qi Mingjun. Here you get 2 Story Points points first.
- Return to coordinates 1283,1563 and talk to Qi Mingjun again to finish the quest.
Prize: Basic Willpower Technique, Red Willpower Technique ×2. Bound Yuanbao ×3. The game will display "Mystery Reward" until completed. Along the way you also get extra Story Points
