Standing on the surface map at this coordinate will find nothing, must find the entrance. ⚠️ It is in the quest notebook as Rumors true, but the exploration panel only counts 17. Steps:
- Go to coordinates 1279,1620 Enter the basement. The entrance is in the same zone as Rumors Escape Alive around 1279,1600
- In the basement, pick up Bone-Strengthening Powder from the pile of Everyday Delights. There is a quest marker guiding you
- Go out to coordinates 1246,1527, talk to Wang Xiuli Wang Xiuli then click Show (Present) and hand over the powder, quest ends.
Prize: Gold. Must keep it for use in the next Rumors in the chain. Other rewards: Not confirmed
