⚠️ Still unverified. Searching for the name ？ (Chinese name unknown) in the quest registry Rumors of Cloudcrest Fortress on the Thai server yielded no results. It might be placed under another city or quest type by the game. Checked Sept 3, 2026.

Way to trigger: Accept from the Rumors card in the quest journal: "Someone buried 家资 beside the Snake Head Hill martial arts sect, preparing to frame others." Must finish Wealthy Family first.
Steps:
- Press follow from the card > Go to the digging spot beside Snake Head Hill Martial Arts School around coordinates 993,1290.
- Dig up the buried loot to get the mission item Bag Full of Gold and Silver. Item description: "家资 buried beside the martial arts sect, wrapped in malicious intent to frame others."
- Deliver it (press [F]) to Heng Lin at coordinates 1016,1330, quest complete.
