Way to trigger: Walk over and talk to Sun Mengpin at the 铸造厂 of Guanneiyuan.
Steps:
- Go to 铸造厂 at coordinates 771,750 and talk to Sun Mengpin to unlock Rumors.
- Keep talking and you will find out he is very unhappy with the wage and working conditions.
- Here there are 3 choices, and each gives a different ending. Choose freely, none gives more rewards.
- Finish talking and open the Rumors page, the quest will be marked as complete.
