Warning: You must complete quest Rumors Bianjing Undercurrents and quest Adventure Helping Brings Joy first (different system from the quests in this guide). Grandpa Wan is a hidden NPC and will only appear after meeting the specified dialogue conditions
Trigger point: (Some guides: 868,986) NPC Grandpa Wan
Way to trigger: Must complete Rumors. Bianjing Undercurrents and quest Adventure Helping Brings Joy first then select character Grandpa Wan and use posture Observe
Steps:
- Complete both conditions first (neither is at Cizhou): Rumors. Bianjing Undercurrents and the quest Adventure Helping Brings Joy.
- Go to coordinates 870,987, select Grandpa Wan, and use the Observe emote.
- The grandfather will complain about wanting to evict the Goguryeo tenant, follow the quest marker to talk to the tenant, who will offer 10 taels to stay
- Go back and amend the lease agreement then sign it
- Go back to report to Grandpa Wan at the original spot, quest ends
