Go to coordinates 700,644 in Azalea Valley, find Feng Ranran
Select her and use the Search emote to trigger the quest.
Talk to her and you will find out she lost her Floral Letter Paper (Floral Note).
Open pose Intuition and sweep around her, you won't see it with the naked eye
Find it and pick it up. Take it back to her and finish the conversation. Quest complete.

Prize: BasicWillpower Technique Red Willpower Technique ×2. Bound Yuanbao ×3, Story Points ×3, Windstorm Token ×50. The game will display "Mystery Reward" until completed.
