Steps:
- Go to coordinates 920,870 to the Hefang Street district, there are Sylph Disciple and Granny Li standing there
- Walk around that area until the quest triggers, standing still usually doesn't work
- Accept the quest and follow the quest marker Story to the end. The quest ends.
Prize: Story Points ×3 as per standard quest Adventure level Minor Fortune, the Chinese guide does not specify other items obtained from this quest
