Way to trigger: Select character Girl at 1323,1165 and use the gesture Salute/bow (Salute), standing no more than ~4 tiles away, talking normally does not trigger.
Steps:
- Prepare items first. Xiyu Magic Sword Treasure Sword from the West, which is an affection-boosting item mostly obtained from Trip (Travel).
- Go to coordinates 1321,1166 in the Government District and look for Girl.
- Select yourself and use the gesture Bow/Salute to start the quest.
- Hand over the Xiyu Magic Sword Treasure Sword from the West to her and talk until it ends, quest completed.
Prize: Story Points ×3 as per standard quest Adventure level Minor Fortune, the Chinese guide does not specify other items obtained from this quest
