Fan Pavilion in Bianjing
Attended a small banquet at the Xia family, where the candied fruits were not mentioned, but among the eight dishes served with wine, the Goose Gizzard and Web Soup was particularly exquisite. The crab clear soup was also devoid of any fishy smell, fresh and delicious, unforgettable.
Anshun Inn in Cizhou
The signature dishes were all satisfactory, with the Cizhou Terrine being sweet and fragrant, and the lotus blood duck spicy and fresh, both leaving a lasting impression. However, I personally do not favor sweet or spicy flavors, which is not a fault of the dishes themselves.
Spring Pavilion in Hangzhou
Ordered a plate of Longjing Shrimp. The shrimp were translucent and glistening, sweet and crisp, with a subtle tea aroma that enhanced the freshness of the shrimp. Truly a fine dish, highly recommended.
